This is a good article on how to deal with bad electronic media reviews, with some great tips!
An old business adage says a happy person will tell one or more people about a great service experience. An unhappy person will tell ten people about it. It’s become so much easier for unhappy clients to post their thoughts to the world with the internet. Often it’s done without a “polite” filter. Since most animal behavior consultants are small, one-person businesses that rely heavily on a constant influx of clients, a negative review on sites like Yelp can be terrifying. . . . . . .
